What You'll Do The Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing leads the development, implementation and management of successful and resource-effective marketing and communications strategies to support the achievement of recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention targets for The Fletcher School's degree programs.
Essential Functions:
Lead the development, implementation, measurement, and management of integrated marketing and communications strategies to support recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention goals segmented by degree program.
Manage the school's enrollment marketing budget and the allocation of school resources.
In coordination with creative director, lead preparation of all paid advertising and coordinate support for campaigns as outlined in the marketing and communications plans.
Collaborate with Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Director of Enrollment Systems to set and track appropriate marketing KPIs in alignment with enrollment targets; develop and implement a strategy to enhance the efficacy of current drip campaigns based on capabilities of current CRM (Slate); evaluate and enhance the post-inquiry customer experience.
Manage Fletcher's relationship with its digital marketing agency and other vendors as needed.
Coordinate with faculty, the registrar, and marketing team to create or update all academic program content.
Oversee the preparation of enrollment marketing reports and support leadership in the interpretation and alignment of enrollment marketing data, tre.
nds, and outcomes with school and institutional objectives.
Participates in recruitment and retention activities, including travel, as required.
What We're Looking For Basic Requirements:
Knowledge and experience typically acquired by:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant global marketing experience.
Proven experience and demonstrated success in higher education marketing and understanding of the graduate admission cycle.
Strong knowledge of integrated enrollment marketing development and implementation across various platforms and channels.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, including Google website analytics and social media engagement metrics.
Experience managing external vendors, such as digital marketing agencies.
Familiarity with digital platforms and tools, including social media, websites, emails, SMS, CRMs like Slate, CMSs, and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with global affairs issues.
Pay Range Minimum $84,400.
00, Midpoint $105,550.
00, Maximum $126,700.
00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
