Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Proven experience in life science construction projects preferred Demonstrated experience in project oversight and subcontractor management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
