In this entry-level role, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative will use their enthusiasm to learn natural enthusiasm to support the on-site marketing team with all duties involved in promoting and executing the company's overall marketing plan.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Conference liaison - coordinates and arranges the registration, marketing materials and provides support, as needed Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly reviews product lines for market needs and financial sales goals Exhibit and provide our customers with specific product knowledge and information building a sense of trust Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to featured client products/services Create an understanding of the marketing systems executed at each appointment Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in marketing and advertising Maintain project management system to observe marketing program requests, promotions, and programs Making sure all collateral falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light Learn how to communicate effectively in a professional environment Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:
College degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field preferred 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or retail-related settings are an asset.
