We're searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant.
You'll be responsible for completing and managing paperwork, data files and emails in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, updating databases, creating marketing materials, updating websites and providing superb customer service.
In addition, you'll work with others to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.

Fill out appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals.
Keep an accurate calendar and files in compliance.
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Communicates well, both verbally and written Have a car.
