Follow all of Bank's Policies and Procedures that are in place and comply with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
Picks up and delivers correspondence.
Keeps Auto Mileage Log/Auto Maintenance checklist.
Maintains courier Delivery Log and Internal Transit Log.
Handles priority mail items per procedure.
Follows daily schedule as established by supervisor.
Performs non-scheduled tasks as required.
Performs routine maintenance checklist on auto, i.
e.
, check fluids, oil, lights, etc.
Notifies supervisor if delayed at a location.
Notifies supervisor of any auto needs.
Fills out accident reports if necessary.
Performs additional duties as requested.
Incumbent should adhere to defined policies and procedures but if/when written policy is unclear or there is any uncertainty, the Courier should seek guidance from his/her immediate supervisor.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Employee must possess a valid driving license and maintain a clean driving record.
Skills/Knowledge Basic computer skills.
Flexibility, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills are necessary.
