What You'll DoThis is a limited term position ending June 30, 2024, with possibility of extension.
In collaboration with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr.
Peter Levine, the Researcher will conduct research, as well as some outreach and educational activities for the GLAD Center (Generous Listening and Dialogue).
Sometimes working independently and sometimes in collaboration with Levine and others, they will design and conduct research studies and interpret research data, which will involve various models and methods.
This will include engaging with technical experts to develop research methodologies and measures; synthesizing relevant facts from data; and performing analyses contributing to the Center's output, such as articles, chapters, reports, literature reviews, and other relevant publications.
They will serve as a central resource for the Center's communications and manage the Dialogue Ambassadors program.
They will work with Tisch College colleagues, including the Vice Provost for DEIJ, to integrate research, measurement, and evaluation of Generous Listening into Tufts' student programs.
This position will also be responsible for the Center's budget management and reporting.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in related fieldCandidates should have strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Experience with development and implementation of a course syllabus.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with faculty, institutional and community partners throughout the research process Pay RangeMinimum $57,900.
00, Midpoint $72,450.
00, Maximum $87,000.
00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
