The Executive Assistant supports the President/CEO by providing a high level of administrative duties for the Credit Union.
The Executive Assistant Interfaces with the Board of Directors, members, visitors, and vendors.
Coordinates Board reports and Board meetings.
Handles correspondence, mailings, spreadsheets, and all other communication for the CEO and Board of Directors.
Coordinates all travel and conference arrangements for the off-site Strategic Planning meeting, and for senior management and BOD conferences and seminars.
Must have a professional demeanor, an Associate Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
Excellent PC skills including proficiency with MS Office, computer software applications and social media are required.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative function, preferably supporting an executive and/or Board of Directors.
Prior experience with Board meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and completion of meeting minutes.
Excellent communication, editing, analytical and math skills are required.
Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle situations with tact and diplomacy.
