We are a growing family-owned independent agency with offices in Reading, Medford & Georgetown.
Currently, we are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team in Medford.
This this an entry level opportunity to learn the property & casualty insurance business.
Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for visitors and customers both in person and via phone.
Process incoming/outgoing mail.
Notifies clients of pending non-payment cancellations.
Processes payments for clients on company websites.
Maintain and restock/order office supplies.
Create and maintain reports in Word and Excel.
Filing, sorting, faxing, and other administrative tasks.
Oversees building/office equipment maintenance.
Aids personal lines account managers where needed; including but not limited to answering customer questions and filing claims Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task.
Willingness to learn property & casualty insurance.
Outstanding customer service skills and phone manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
