Our Client is looking for a seasons EDI Developer to join their growing team!
The Programmer / Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance within our Clients systems team. Assist internal and external customers with front and back end development efforts, including HIPAA standards and clinical exchange data. Consistently support efforts to maintain system integrity and company compliance with Healthcare regulations (i.e. HIPAA requirements, DMA policies).
Responsibilities:
o Lead technical design and programming functions for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all applications supported by the Enrollment team
o Troubleshoot Enrollment team application problems, identify interdependencies, and help to implement solutions.
o Provide technical guidance and expertise for program development projects assigned by management.
o Serve as lead technical analyst for application interfaces created in- house.
o Collaborate and participates in technical HIPAA compliance projects.
o Maintain database integrity and security using quality control mechanisms and system tools.
o Participates in technical Disaster Recovery planning efforts.
o Participates in IT on-call services as needed.
Requirements:
o Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable background
o 3 to 5 years applicable work experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance IT environment
o A minimum of 3 years of programming experience with .NET languages C# and VB and solid object oriented skills
o Must have experience with SQL programming / designing relational databases utilizing T-SQL, stored procedures, database functions, design tables, select statements, views, etc.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Experience with BizTalk, X12, and XML transactions are a definite plus.

o Represent our Client at applicable activities including system user groups and other health data system organizations.
o Maintain professional growth and development through self-directed learning activities and involvement in professional organizations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
