Growth Hacker

The Growth Hacker is a key contributor to the company as this person leads all lead generation activities and tracking. This person will work closely with marketing and sales to manage all top of funnel activities and track effectiveness throughout the sales funnel. The Growth Hacker will build out the function within our fast growing company. This person will take ownership of following:
Setting of lead generation, pipeline and conversion goals
Ongoing execution of the lead generation strategy.
Working with other marketing resources to leverage content for lead generation activities.
Working closely with the sales team to pre-qualify lists and track conversions for list optimization.
Implement and manage lead generation and lead tracking metrics and regularly report results to executive management.
Ensuring the delivery of lead generation campaigns that are consistent with the style and content voice of the company.
Integrating SEO/SEM, list acquisition, social media, paid ad programs, website conversion, website optimization and any other digital optimization processes.
Working with both internal and external resources to achieve results.

Experience Required:
2-4 years experience in hands-on growth hacking for a B2B product or services in the marketing technology industry
Experience in defining world-class lead generation and nurturing programs
Demonstrated success in meeting and/or exceed predetermined lead generation quotas and closed sales results
Experience in developing leads for an inside sales effort
Experience in configuring and managing funnel statistics via CRM and Marketing Automation software
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
