This position's responsibilities include determining complex user requirements, providing appropriate automated solutions, recognizing opportunities for technological improvement and optimization, support, and servicing various users throughout the organization. Develop applications and software tools using Microsoft .NET/C#, ASP.NET/C#, SQL, Java, HTML/XML, or other programming tools as required. Assist business users with selection and or review of assigned products or tools. Fulfill front and back end program development needs for all customers supported by the department. Consistently support efforts to maintain system integrity and company compliance with Healthcare regulations (i.e. HIPAA requirements, DMA policies). Comply with all of our clients systems and development, documentation, and testing standards.
Requirements:
oBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or comparable, and at least 2 years applicable work experience, preferably in a healthcare IT environment
oProficient in Microsoft .NET/C# with solid object oriented skills, with a focus on creation and maintenance of end-user interfaces and front-end tools
oExperience with application design, development, and implementation
oSQL programming, SQL administration, development, or replication experience also required
oMust have experience with stored procedure programming, data conversions, and data mapping
oKnowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008, Java, HTML, XML, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET and ActiveX would be a major plus
oStrong analytical and problem solving skills also needed

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
oProvide technical programming functions for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all applications supported by the Application Services department
oWork closely with Application Systems Analysts to gather and organize complex requirements from general users and various levels of management
oThoroughly understand in-house SQL databases and user Interfaces
oActively investigate new tools and methods to support and improve the computing environment
oWork closely with the Data Warehouse team to provide support and development assistance
oServe as technical analyst for application interfaces created in-house
oCollaborates and participates as needed on any technical HIPAA compliance projects
oWork closely with the DBA to maintain database integrity using quality control mechanisms and system tools
oTroubleshoot application problems, identify interdependencies, and help to implement solutions
oProvide team members and management with ongoing status of all activities and issues
oEscalate issues to appropriate management by recognizing severity and impact on users and other IT systems
oEnsure that all project activities are thoroughly documented and current
oUtilize VSS to organize and secure all work products
oServes as an additional technical support resource for the company's main managed care applications
oParticipates in technical Disaster Recovery planning efforts
oParticipates in technical on-call services as needed
oRepresent Our client at applicable activities including system user groups and other health data system organizations
oMaintain professional growth and development through self-directed learning activities and involvement in professional organizations
oPerforms other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
